I’ve read that both insomnia and fatigue are symptoms of IBS, I know I get both, sometimes quite badly.  I go through periods of them.  At one point I missed about a quarter of a term’s work cause I was just constantly sleeping.  Yes, I also feel I need to stretch a lot, don’t know whether that it a symptom. I have found that the IBS keeps waking me up in the middle of the night. I usually have two naps in the day helps
