Concerned Insomnia!
Question:
Aside from the pysical disorder of sleep, lately i have been experiencing alot of memory problems, no short term memory, and its as if my past is slowly being removed from memory. I must say, this is somewhat disturbing considering im fairly young! Whats even worse is the psycological portion is really starting to kick in. Some neurological interpretation might be in order soon. Yup, just another sleepless disturbed person , screaming for help. Oh well, tis easy to worry , but much harder to find comfort. Take it easy, please address all thoughts to me.
