insomnia–I must be on an SSRI
Question:
So here are my choices: I’m either suicidally depressed, but sleeping just fine OR I get ADs and stay up all night. Sigh. —

Sounds familiar. As a bi-polar that’s what I’ve gotten used to. I can’t take AD’s because I can’t sleep (manic) and I have to take several other meds for manic depression to keep from being suicidally depressed. I could use an AD once in a while, but you can’t win them all. Hi, What SSRI are you taking? Before I started taking meds, I had a hell of a time sleeping. Every med I have tried (7 so far) have allowed me to sleep. Everybody is different. Amazing how the effects of these meds can vary so much! Tonight, however, I am wired on caffeine, it oughta be illegal! I’ll send sleep vibes your way. Patrick
