Melatonin – Safe?
Question:
Hi – Someone I know wants to take melatonin as a possible aid for insomnia. She is in her seventies and has mild case of emphesyma. Would it be ok for her to try it or are there any possible harmful side effects? Please post or e-mail response. Thank you.
I will advise her to take the "sub-lingual" tablets, but it is safe. May be she will feel younger after some time. Kobus A W Kortmann
