Menopause Relief the Naturay Way!

Question:

Seven of us women have been through or are going through the big "M". None of us have gone to the extent of doing in our husbands, such as was seen on one of the "Picket Fences" episodes, but I’m sure at least a couple of us have though about it once or twice. The following is what we have concluded by carefully monitoring our bodies and our living and eating habits. First and foremost, you must GIVE UP SUGAR. That also includes fructose, corn syrups, sucrose, etc. Sugar inhibits the body’s ability to properly absorb sufficient calcium.  Sugar also leave the body through pores and urine.  Our bodies change in odor while in menopause and sugar is the main factor in foul smelling urine, rank underarm odor, and sweaty groins. Sugar also contriutes greatly toward incontinence, which is probably what keeps June Allyson in retirement money and many senior citizens in diapers.  Cough and you have bladder leakage. Quit eating sugar and that problem clears up in a few days. The deodorant companies could go out of business if people stopped eating sugar.  It has been tested…go without complete bathing for months on end and your body will NOT have an odor if you quit eating sugar, drink pleyty of pure water and take vitamin and mineral supplements. Sugar contributes to the growth of mucuous in your system: thus sinusitis, prostatitis, etc.  It also promotes aging.  Sugar inhibits your body’s ability to absorb and assimilate copper, which is needed for keeping your hair color, keeping your high blood cholesterol in check, controlling arthritis, liver cancer, varicose veins, hernias, and thyroid conditions. Night sweats are a definite sign of thyroid malfunction.  To get our back on track, we used one of Grandma’s old Turn-of-the-Century remedies: 7 to 8 drops of tincture of iodine in a glass of pure water, twice a day for three days. Calcium Citrate with 50% ratio of Magnewium taken with Vitamin C with bioflavenoids, spread throughout the day will take away those arthritic aches and pains, reduce high blood pressure, get rid of muscle cramps and twitches, some low back pains, PMS, anxiety attacks, Osteoporosis, kidney stones, hell spurs, and a whole lot of other ailments that are directly and indirectly related to Menopause.  It also helps insomnia. Since each person’s body reacts differently to his or her environment, the exact amount and specific natural remidies will differ.  We have taken Zinc and Selenium supplements (they are anti-oxidants), Evening Primrose Oil, Vitamin "E" capsules, Wild Yam capsules, Dong Quai, garlic tablets and various other natural supplements. The boatedness and swelling of legs, feet and hands is directly attributable to a calcium deficiency, which may bring on edema, resulting in muscle and join aches and pains.  Edema is directly linked to a liver malfunction.  That goes right back to the sugar, again.  Flush the liver with either lemon juice and water or apple cider vinegar and water (twice a day for three days). Yeast infections, whether or not you are in menopause, are nothing more than our bodies getting out of balance between acid and alkaline.  They are often painful, not to mention very annoying.  Treat the yeast infection with a vinegar douche, AND take a glass of pure water (no chlorine or flouride) laced with a Tablespoon of cider vinegar, twice a day for about 3 or 4 days.  You are balancing the system and killing bacteria at the same time. The fever blisters on the back of your neck and roof of the mouth are also greatly reduced or eliminated when your hot flashes are under control. Vaginal dryness disappears gradually when you eliminate sugar and supplement with a good multiple vitamin and trace mineral tablet.  There are several good ones on the market, but beware of any that utilize DCP (di-calcium phospate) as a binder.  It is a type of cement and will do you absolutely no good. To shift your sex drive back into gear, try taking Green Oasts and

Thanks, Vicky!   This is a really good article. And I owe you an apology – I’m sorry but I thought your first post was one of those awful MLM come-on’s. I’m glad you posted this! INteresting because I always connect this to alcoholism – which is a sugar metobolic thing too.  Flush the liver with either lemon juice and >water or apple cider vinegar and water (twice a day for three days). >Yeast infections, whether or not you are in menopause, are nothing more than >our bodies getting out of balance between acid and alkaline.

Interesting, I wrote to her asking for additional info as she invited us to do and have not heard anything back.  Anyone know anything about her and these 7 women?   – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text -In article <4v04kb$…@news.wco.com>, Della Noche <dno…@mail.wco.com> wrote: > Thanks, Vicky!   This is a really good article. > And I owe you an apology – I’m sorry but I thought your first post was > one of those awful MLM come-on’s. > I’m glad you posted this! > Thanks again! > dn > Let’s see if I can leave in the high-lights!!  What a challenge to try to > snip anything here. > snug…@pioneer.net (Vicky Wade) wrote: > >Seven of us women have been through or are going through the big "M". > snip > >The following is what we have concluded by carefully > >monitoring our bodies and our living and eating habits. > >First and foremost, you must GIVE UP SUGAR. I wrote to them too and also have heard nothing.  Didn’t they say something like there is so much info, too much to post, so if anyone had specific questions to email them? Lucy

Don’t fall for the "natural" propaganda.  Herbs can help some, and they may alleviate mild symptoms, but they don’t provide the amazing benefits of real hormones when these are correctly used in comprehensive natural hormone replacement.  I wanted rejuvenation, not just hot flash relief.   I’m thrilled with what triestrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA and natural thyroid are doing for me — I can see it in the mirror, I sleep better, have more energy and better sex life than ever.  Don’t settle for minor relief when you cd feel great the hormone way.
