Mystery :Sudden onset insomnia
Question:
You have insomnia! I too never had trouble sleeping (other than being a night owl) and then suddenly one night, last December 1 I couldn’t sleep at all! Since then I haven’t slept without taking a sleeping pill, although I’ve stayed up for days trying. Insomnia can strike suddenly, and for no perceivable reason. I think it must be some sort of unknown virus or something that gets into the sleep centers in your brain. I can’t seem to justify its sudden onset and tenacity any other way. I have other theories too, but I think sleep doctors are much to complacent diagnosing anxiety or depression. —–== Posted via Deja News, The Leader in Internet Discussion ==—– http://www.dejanews.com/ Now offering spam-free web-based newsreading
