Good Luck RadMaker… I was on the waiting list to fish the Alabama Bassmasters Invitational on Pickwick and Wilson, but completeley forgot to show up. I was number 47 on standby so I doubt they would have got to me anyway. Where are you fishing, I grew up fishing in Bama…. Just guessing, but launch is at first light. If two guys from Florida and Tennessee are going to hook up for a tournament, it is reasonable they would get together early, check their collective equipment, eat some breakfast and talk out strategy. Well, you had it right Bob. 1st flight left at 6:00am,others at 15min. intervals. There was a field of 216 boats And for the record, 14lbs & some change won, nothing under 10lbs. placed. As I did not get to fish this one I will never know. But! I had my strategy in place and believe that I was on the right track. Equipment check the night before, definate on the breakfast thing, I like to eat. His water, his strategy. I’m sure the Shadow knows.
