I can sympathize. 3mg. melatonin before bed has helped greatly. Also, Valerian capsules (about 6 before bed) are excellent. If all else fails, then Benadryl or nortryptolene (anti-depressant) if you’re desperate enough to take drugs. Good luck!

Stay away from drugs. I was helped by Tectonic Magnets. Especially the mattress. It has helped my wife tremedously.
