Sleeplessness
Question:
Night,
you will sleep when your body is ready to-don’t count the hours or set a requirement of time to it-this is counterproductive-you have been spinning many wheels as of late and your nervous system is reminding you that that is counterproductive as well-stop the self beating you are really doing quite well and do live a very rich life-try to enjoy it and relax about all the minutae-you have been working yourself up-you don’t have to… nitey nite LM

- Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – been able to grab about 8 hours of sleep, and that is a liberal estimate. I require 8 or 9 hours a night. I just took 1/2 mg of xanax, so hopefully I can get some sleep after it kicks in and maybe not wake up when it wears off. Otherwise I am going to get a lot of reading done tonight. When I was talking on the phone to my mum tonight, my bunny Pete hopped over to my silly cat Simon, and Simon started washing Pete, it was soo cute. Now I need to find that rascally rabbit and put him in his cage for the night. I hate waking up to hear one of them chewing on a book or magazine I carelessly put on the floor by the bed. I’m going to go draw every shade in this place so that it will be as dark as possible, check the locks on the doors and try to get some shut eye.
Dear Jess, Nothing worse than insomnia
( When I go through periods like this, I lay on the couch at night, put some boring shows on and put no pressure on myself to fall asleep, sometimes this really helps. Unfortunately, I need to the TV on to fall alseep every single night now
) That is so cute about you cat and bunny!! I hope you can get some decent sleep tonight, sweet dreams Jess
