Hi Ray! I can’t remember if you were on any ad’s before Celexa…I have some samples my pdoc gave me, but have been afraid to try to switch from Prozac after several bad med change attempts last spring. However, I also have major insomnia, so this sounds worth looking into. Does it help w/ panic? I also take Xanax…again, I can’t recall if you take it, too, but I know I CAN take it w/ Celexa, and it would be nice to get my depression under control (been having a rough time with the isolation, etc. & feeling like a failure)… Any feedback would be great! I’m really glad to hear you are getting past the insomnia & doing well on Celexa!:) Take care, Char*)

I’ve been on Celexa almost 4 months Steph. It’s recently started keeping my mood more level, less depression, and has helped some with anxiety/panic. I’ve been getting out more often to places usually avoided, like stores and school functions. You might want to give it a try, if you are still considering adding an AD. A low dose coupled with Klonopin might be a good choice. I recently got the doc’s OK to add K and/or Xanax to the mix to see if this is more effective, but haven’t started either yet.
