Well Simple Sally, I see some one has been very busy. Unlike you I get a little sleep. Anyhow, what they posted clearly states who the "taxpayer" is. It also has the wife’s name first on the deed. Any idea why? No? I thought not, you cannot borrow money against the house since you are not listed as anything more than a spouse. If she were to die, then you can inherit the house, but that is it.
