I have a mixture I call Gag, because thats what it happens when you try to swallow a spoonful of finely ground mix of hops, chamomilla and valerian with just a glass of water. It does smooth the road down a bit though. Sojo

You didn’t mention it specifically but it is a natural aid. I’ve benefited greatly from 3mg/night of melatonin. It seems to drastically reduce the amount of time it takes me to get to sleep on average. I would say it used to take me anywhere from 30 min. to 2+ hours to get to sleep (average 45-60min) and now I normally get to sleep 15-30 min. Without the melatonin I doubt I would have ever had my sleep apnea diagnosed because I don’t snore and I thought my tiredness was just insomnia. YMMV -Mike
