You might try calling Cascade Yachts in Portland. They are brokers and have a number of Cascade Sailboats. These boats are Blue Water Cruisers by design and since they are built in Portland, all the nearby marinas in Portland have a number of them for sale. I had a 36ft Cascade built for me and it’s a beauty. It’s build like a brick #### House. If you have any questions feel free to contact me about the design. In the portland marina’s the 36ft models are selling for between $35,000-$45,000 for the home built ones all the way up to $200.00. I believe it’s one of the best designs made. (It’s a Sparkman Stevens Design)

Call the Bank that finances boats in your area. Their are some really fantastic deals out there due to re-posession. Quite often the Bank just wants out from underneath it.
