Flatulence Question
Question:
I consume many vits/herbs with my breakfast. I am always fine until I consume my next meal at which time I invariably get rumblings and gas that last for about 30 minutes. Could somebody be kind enough to explain if this is the result of my breakfast (large bowl of oatmeal) being pushed down through my intestines by the latter meal. or simply an irritation in my stomach caused by the new meal mixing with the residue of the supplements which have not yet been completely digested and still remain in my stomach?
