Need some info please

Question:

Hi, I’m not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this. But I would like some information please. This has been on my mind a lot. And I’m very worried about it. Recently, (several months ago) I noticed swelling in my pelvic area. I’ve been having a lot of blood in my urine plus lots of pain. Also my urine and body is filled with lots of different types of bacteria. That was in the urine report. I was recently hospitalized and given some tests. I had an ultrasound done. Plus a transvaginal  ultrasound and a CT Scan. Before I go into the radiology report I’d like to give you a little history of myself. I’m female and I am 45 years old. I’m also very ill from other illnesses. I’m a quadriplegic and legally blind from MS. I have narcolepsy, scoliosis, and sinusitis. I had a hysterectomy done when I was 28 years old. The ovaries are intact. Plus I also had a cyst on my ovary when I was about 26 years old. And I had the cyst removed. My condition is fragile. I’ve lost a lot of weight. My lungs are weak. Last year I almost died from minor surgery. (a supra pubic cystostomy) I was under general anesthesia. I couldn’t do it with local anesthesia because my bladder is very spastic from the MS. It’s a very minor operation just to put a catheter in the pubic area. I was put on oxygen in the operating room because I stopped breathing. When I woke up in recovery I was wearing an oxygen mask. And I was also gasping for air with the mask on. Also before the surgery the anesthesiologist put air in my lungs. He furthermore told me that the odds were against me. Even with spinal anesthesia. And then the next day my lungs collapsed plus I developed a lung infection. As I already mentioned I had an ultrasound done a couple of months ago. I’m not sure whether this is cancer or something else. But because of my condition I cannot do a biopsy. It is too risky for me. The radiology report says. "Pelvis – suprapubic  cystostomy. There is a 5 X 5.3 cm cystic area in the midline and Lt with at least 1 septum. The cyst evaluation is limited because of the patients condition." Could somebody please advise me. My doctors aren’t doing anything about it. They are just leaving it. Is this the right thing to do? Or should something be done even though I’m very ill? Thank you in advance! Dawn
