Val, I can’t say that I’ve tried it. However, as I understand how this chemical works, it will NOT help with obstructive sleep apnea. It might help you get to sleep easier if you have no other physical problem, but it will not cause the muscles to retain their normal tension during sleep to keep the airway open.
