OK, let me rephrase that to clarify my intended meaning: "Sleeping isn’t generally a problem in my bedroom." <wink> – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text ->"Charlie Perrin" wrote: >> Haven’t tried it, sleeping isn’t generally a problem around here.

I use 5-HTP to help me sleep more deeply, in part because I have both fibromyalgia (a stage 4 sleep disorder) and sleep apnea. — _Deirdre web: http://deirdre.net blog: http://deirdre.org/blog/ "Memes are a hoax! Pass it on!"

I was watching Discovery Health channel tonight and they advertised a sleep aid that started with a D. Something like Dromasil or Dormasil. Anyone heard of or tried an aid with a name like this? Thanks, Brad

Maybe "DROMIAS?" Haven’t tried it, sleeping isn’t generally a problem around here.

Charlie! Who do you think you’re kidding <wink>? This group has it’s insomniacs, as well as it’s folks with sleep apnea, as well as it’s folks with night terrors, narcolepsy, RLS, and the list goes on and on…… Bear in mind that I do like you, so see this as a gentle guy-to-guy shoulder punch to remind you that all folks with sleeping disorders (of whatever stripe) are welcome here. They seem to hve a orgettable name. I tried to Google on the name several times and kept getting it wrong. It is Dromias. Check their website at http://www.4dromias.us/ It is apparently a blend of a magnesium compound, valerian root, and wilde jujube something or other. I’ve never tried it. I hope someone whose tried it will speak up here..

And then there are those of us with apnea and RLS/PLMD who need a sleep aid to stay asleep. I’m guessing a lot of us use a sleep aid. Am I right folks? Hello. I’ve taken sleep aids since I started with CPAP and they seem to backfire and don’t keep me asleep. Since I joined this list, I’ve learned a few things and am now resting a bit easier with CPAP and my mask configuration, but I still wake up in the middle of the night and take off the mask to sleep without it the rest of the night. I’d like to get past that point. Bertrand in Ohio "Walt Hanks" <waltha…@comcast.net> wrote in message
