BUT before I start blowing the trumpet too hard… Our apologies to those with Netscape that could not get the ‘chat program’ to work…. ‘Scotsman’ on the group figured this out apparently you need a download called "Microsoft ActiveX portability Container". which can be found on http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/windows2.html >Anyway I downloaded this software by doing a search on the web and >found the download software called "nppgwrap.exe" (57K). I just tried the website with Netscape 7. As usual these days, M$ makes it difficult to access their sites with a competing browser. Be sure your cookies are turned on, otherwise you won’t be able to get by the cookie requests. When you do, the site doesn’t present properly. IE6 works fine.
