I’ve been searching various lists for a discussion group on the subject of sleep, but could find nothing. I’m 45, perfectly fit and healthy, single and happy about it. Am currently working on a writing project….which occupies a good part of my day. I exercise (walking), which I find is an absolute necessity in oorder to sleep well, but since beginning the writing project, have had difficultly falling asleep night–it may require up to two hours. I’m uncertain what the problem is. I’m happy and enthusiastic about my project. Can you suggest where I might find suggestions on the nature of sleep. …(it’s definitely not a sleep disorder, though, because I usually sleep well). I need suggestions. Hate to spend time tossing and turning. Thanks for suggestions.
