What a sad thing! I always thought lilith was an independent spirit, who was punished for being …liberated! But, now I read that she killed children? aww
And why on earth not? Read up on Kali too. Cyclical. Kali in particualr is often shown eating the guts of her enemies, heavily pregnant. The ultimate in recyclers. <g Remember Mog, you can be independent but it doesn’t necessarily make you a nice person! <eg

Lilith was the first wife of Adam. Because she back talked Adam all the time, God decided to banish her from the Garden of Eden. Lilith is said to be the demoness, old hag witch, alien queen, cat on our chests, that causes us to forget how to breathe and locks us into nightmares when we experience ’sleep paralysis.’ However, only through coming to terms with and making peace with Lilith can we relax so that the nightmare becomes an effective lucid dream that we can use to realize our full potential as sentient beings. Seth and Lilith represent our potential to become greater than human. Yet they also represent the danger that the power of our craft can bring to the world if it is abused. Correction: I think Lilith was not made part cat by the Anunaki, sons of Anu. I think that Lilith comes from a terrestrial race of humanoid cats. That’s how I interpret the myth anyway.
