Zoloft Withdrawal Progess

Hi all! PW, here posting my progress. I have had some vivid dreams at night since I started downgrading my dosage. They haven’t been unpleasant until last night. Last night was the most vivd yet. The details of the dream are irrelevant. The emotional sense was of needing my mother and her neglecting me. Please don’t psychoanalyze it. I know what it means. I felt as if I were in danger and tried desperately to scream out for help. Of course, sleep paralysis prevented this. In my dream state I knew this. I struggled for some time. Finally I was able to scream out. My bf came in to check on me. I could barely move. I could barely cry. Still in sleep paralysis. That hasn’t happened in a long time. I used to have very vivd dreams of spiders and spider webs all over me. Sometimes it was so convincing I would actually jump out of bed in a fit of adrenaline and turn on the lights to make sure they weren’t there. That was the end of my day. Yesterday was day 2 since my last dosage downgrade to 25% of my regular dose. I was energetic. I felt good. I cleaned my house for 6 hours. I am coming up on PMS – so my appetite is on the rise. I woke up a few times last night. The first time I ate some pretzels – just a few. The second time I had a little chocolate ice cream. I woke up this morning with a tummy-ache. I don’t feel particularly well rested. Perhaps the food and tummy ache manifested as bad dreams while I slept. I’m going to go about my day as usual – yoga, work for 4 hours, eat something, go for a 30 minute walk, watch some tv, do some more yoga and then go to bed and hope it’s better tonight than last. PW, I just got this (remarkably fast) reply from Gaia Herbs about their source kava. I’m copying in the entire text: ‘ Hi, this is Mandy at Gaia Herbs. We only use the main root and lateral underground roots of the Kava plant, no above ground parts or bark of the underground root stalk are used. Our chemist will be getting back to me re: the chem type of Kava and I will let you know. Thanks for your inquiry.
