Parents with sleepwalking children needed
Question:
I am looking for parents who have children between the ages of3 and 15 who sleepwalking on a regular basis, who would be willing to concider partisipating in a research investigation project to help better understanding sleepwalking in children, the physical, mental, and emotional traits that may serve as "triggers", and methods that can be developed to help prevent or limit the number and frequency of these episodes. If you would be interested in learning more, please e-mail me for additional information. If you know a parent who may be interested in helping, please forward this message to them. Bryon Q.
Response:
i was a sleepwalker. i also think i was add. my son is. my husband is. i think sleepwalking is just an add’s way to finish what they are doing during the day. there just isn’t enough time in a day.

I don’t know about this one….. I’m probably ADD. I used to sleepwalk as a child. I was also a bed wetter. My daughter is not ADD. She used to sleep walk. My son is ADD. He has never sleepwalked or wet the bed. (Well, not since he was potty trained, anyway.) Maybe the "sleep walking" gene is a totally different gene? Who the heck knows?
